There is a $30 administrative fee for anyone who changes from an overnight camper to a day camper (or vice versa).

For example: If a camper has paid $395 to be a day camper, then decides to switch to an overnight camper (assuming spots remain), they would be charged the $150 difference, plus the $30 administrative fee for a total of $180.

If a camper has paid $545 to be an overnight camper, then decides to switch to a day camper, they would be charged the $30 administrative fee from the amount they've over paid, and therefore refunded a total of $120.

A $100 non-refundable deposit minimum is due with all applications. There are NO EXCEPTIONS.

The deadline for payment in full is midnight on May 15, 2008. View the Refund Policy.
A $100 late fee will be assessed after the May 15 deadline. If payment is not made by June 1, 2008, the MPA will issue a refund (minus the initial $100 non-refundable deposit) and cancel the camper's application.

All checks returned NSF will be assessed a $30 fee and subjected to NCAA rules (see below).

If you choose to change your status from an overnight camper to a day camper, or vice-versa, a $30 administrative fee will be added to your balance.

NCAA MANUAL - 13.13.1.5.1 GENERAL RULE states that camps are not allowed to give free or reduced admission (tuition) privileges to a high-school prospect. Please be aware that any checks that are returned NSF (non-sufficient funds) and are not rectified immediately would automatically fall under this category and thereby jeopardize the camper's prospects for a college scholarship. The MPA is obligated to report any NCAA violations or face the consequences of committing a NCAA violation itself. A violation of these rules will prevent the recipient from ever participating in inter-collegiate sports at any level.
